What is the reason why the cake display cabinet does not cool
1、 Cooling principle of cake display cabinet
The refrigeration system of the cake display cabinet is not complicated, mainly composed of a compressor, condenser, capillary tube, and evaporator, which are the core of the cake display cabinet refrigeration system.
The compressor is the heart of the cake display cabinet. The compressor is a universal compressor with an evaporation temperature between+15 ℃ and -30 ℃, available in high and low temperatures, and has a wide range of applications. In addition, in low evaporation temperature applications, it can operate on a power supply of 220 volts and 60 hertz. The design ambient temperature for the compressor is 43 degrees Celsius.
2、 What's wrong with the cake display cabinet not cooling down
1. Power issue
Check if the power connection is normal. Open the cabinet door and observe whether the lighting inside the cabinet is on, or test with an electric pen. If it's a power issue, simply reconnect the power supply.
2. Compressor issue
If the power connection is normal, listen to whether the compressor is working. The compressor will emit slight and vibrating motor sounds during normal operation (if you feel the vibration of the compressor by hand, be careful not to burn it, as the compressor temperature can reach 40-50 ℃ in winter and 80-90 ℃ in summer)
3. Is the refrigerant leaking
If the compressor can work, determine whether there is refrigerant in the refrigeration system. After running the cake display cabinet for a few minutes, unplug the plug and listen carefully for the sound of liquid flowing inside the copper tube. If not, it means that the refrigerant in the system has leaked or the compressor has lost its working ability.
4. Fan problem
If the cake display cabinet belongs to the indirect cooling type, check whether the fan is working. Open the frozen door and hold down the button at the edge of the box with your hand (this button controls the indoor lighting and stops the fan when opening the door) to check if the fan is working. If the fan is not working, it will also cause the cake display cabinet to not cool. Additionally, placing too much food can also affect the cooling effect.
5. Ice blockage problem
The evaporator defroster is broken, causing ice blockage. It cannot be ruled out that the air-cooled fan is broken, and there are too many items in the cake display cabinet that block the air outlet, causing poor cooling effect. The temperature of the direct cooling cake display cabinet is automatically adjusted according to the freezing temperature, and the freezing temperature can be lowered slightly. A general temperature of 4-10 degrees is normal. Note that some temperature controllers have higher numbers and lower temperatures, with higher numbers in summer and lower numbers in winter. In addition, frequent opening of the cake display cabinet door results in a large number of items inside, causing the cake display cabinet to not cool or the cooling effect to be unsatisfactory.
