Safety precautions for maintenance of canned motor pumps

(1) Before maintenance, drain the medium inside the pump completely, close the valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines or close the valves on the circulation pipeline and cooling system, or add blind plates to isolate them from the process system.

(2) Carefully and meticulously perform pipeline cleaning work. After analyzing and inspecting the equipment pipeline and ensuring it meets the required standards, proceed with the equipment maintenance procedures.

 (3) Maintenance can only be carried out after cutting off the power supply and hanging a "Do Not Touch" or "Under Maintenance" sign.

 (4) Maintenance tools, as well as dismantled, cleaned, and replaced parts, should be neatly arranged in order at designated locations, ensuring civilized maintenance practices.
